4 Noble Truths Class

Tuesdays June 3,10,17 6:30 – 8:00 pm, taught by Lucinda Green

These teachings form foundational teachings of the Buddha. It answers the questions of the Buddha’s quest. Why is there illness, aging and death? What keeps us feeding our painful experiences? How can we renounce our habits of mind and behaviors that keep us mired in suffering. The Buddha laid out a clear and definite path for liberation from suffering. Right Understanding, Right View, Right Speech, Right Livelihood, Right Action, Right Effort, Right Concentration and Right Livelihood will be explored in this in-person class.
