Weekend Retreat: The Noble Eightfold Path in Daily Life

Join Matt Hane, RMI Dharma Teacher, on a weekend silent retreat at the Franciscan Retreat Center in Colorado Springs, to practice in person in a beautiful location surrounded by deer, birds, and open space. The theme of the retreat is, “The Noble Eightfold Path in Daily Life.”
We will take the weekend to deepen our mediation practice and offer ourselves an opportunity to find peace, rest, and community in noble silence. The retreat will offer long periods of walking and sitting meditation, along with interviews with the Retreat Leader. Matt will offer meditation instruction throughout the retreat, along with Dharma talks Friday and Saturday nights.
