Strengthen your Meditation Habit in 2022
Join us each morning on zoom at 6:30 a.m. Mountain Time for meditation. Consistency in practice is highly beneficial.
- It grounds us.
- It conditions our state of mind.
- It builds a continuity of mindfulness on and off the cushion.
- It creates spaciousness which helps us with choosing the
wholesome over the unwholesome.
- It helps deepen our lived expression of the Dhamma.
Practicing with others provides support and structure. The Buddha instructions are to find a resting place, sit down, set your body erect and establish mindfulness before you.
